Swing Check Valve
Product Description:Product Description:
A swing check valve is a check valve in which the disc, the movable part to block the flow, swings on a hinge to eithrswing onto the seat to block reverse flow or off the seat to allow forward flow.
Product Features:
Body and bonnet are bolted. The sealing is made of rubber (NBR, EPDM). The valve can be installed either in a horizontal or vertical position. It is virtually noiseless and capable of sealed closing even in low pressure situations. Sizes: DN 50 – DN 200, Pressure: PN 10-PN 40
Applications:
Swing check valves are suitable for non-corrosive fluids, liquids, gas, steam and waste water in water industry, water distribution networks, dams, power plants, and irrigation facilities.

These types of valves are used in water supply installations to stop the fluid flow in the reverse, opposite direction. The valve’s closing speed can be adjusted by changing the weight position along the lever. All of the seals of the valve’s bearing can be easily replaced. The standard seal material is NBR for up to 70°C (for gas up to100°C). For higher temperature and other fluids suitable seal material is available on request.
Product Description:

Eccentric disc operation, body seat ring made of corrosion resistant steel , disc seat ring is corrosion resistant steel with seal for reliable sealing, installation of weight and lever on both sides of the valve possible, virtually maintenance free, disc and shaft are connected by fitted key , seat ring rolled into the body.
Applications:
Industrial, irrigation, dams, power plants, water distribution, water treatment and refinement.

Product Description:
AB tilting disc, non-return valves with counter weight can be equipped with hydraulic damping system for adjusting the closing time. With the damping system the opening and closing time can be reduced, and the water hammer effect can be prevented by reducing the damping time. These types of valves are used in water supply installations to stop the fluid flow in the reverse, opposite direction. All of the seals of the valve’s bearing can be easily replaced. The standard seal material is NBR for up to 70°C (for gas up to100°C). For higher temperature and other fluids suitable seal material is available on request.

Applications:
Industrial, irrigation, dams, power plants, water distribution, water treatment and refinement. This valve provides a non-slam performance in places where water return through the valve is permitted. For example in water supply lines with pumps installed in parallel order. When the pump is turned off and the flow direction reversed, the valve closes. In cases where the valve does not have a damping mechanism, the resultant force could damage the system. In this case, the reverse pressure would be equal to the pump pressure.
Another example would be the pumping of water to a higher elevation. Quick changes in the flow direction will results in extensive force. In this situation the amount of reverse pressure on the closed disc is determined by the water column above.
